Claims (1)
に移動自在に装着されたチャック本体と、前記主軸の軸
心とずれた位置に軸心を有する工作物割出し用のインデ
ックスプレートと、該インデックスプレートの外周部と
係合する巳とにより該インデックスプレートの−の方向
の回転を割出し位置に制止する制止手段と、前記インデ
ックスプ′ レートの外周部と係合することにより該
インデックスプレートの他の方向の回転を制止する軸方
向・に往復動自在なピストン部材と、前記工作物たるク
ランク軸のジャーナル部を保持するジャーナルホルダ及
びクランプアームと、前記インデックスプレート端面に
固設されたクランク軸位置決め用ノックピンを軸方向に
移動゛させるためのノックピン移動手段とから成ること
を特徴とするクランク軸を保持するチャック。a chuck body fixedly or movably mounted in the radial direction on a face plate of a spindle rotatably supported on a headstock; an index plate for indexing a workpiece having an axis at a position offset from the axis of the spindle; a stopping means for stopping the rotation of the index plate in the negative direction at the indexed position by means of a screw that engages with the outer periphery of the index plate; a piston member capable of reciprocating in the axial direction to stop rotation in other directions; a journal holder and a clamp arm that hold the journal portion of the crankshaft as the workpiece; and a crank fixed to the end surface of the index plate. A chuck for holding a crankshaft, comprising a knock pin moving means for moving a shaft positioning knock pin in the axial direction.
