The waist of the human body is shaped like a truncated cone, and in order to fit around the waist, it needs to be elastic so that the lower part spreads out.
Conventional lining fabrics are made of woven fabric, which has no elasticity, so we cut slip fabric into a bias band shape, folded it in two, cut the core fabric into a bias band shape, and attached the two together with composite sewing. Then the lining of the waist was made, and since the upper end was cut, it was folded with an iron and sewn to the belt part of the slacks body, making use of the elasticity of the bias fabric to give it a good fit around the waist.

However, not only does bias cutting require a lot of effort, but there is also a lot of fabric loss due to bias cutting. Also, the seams that are sewn to the core fabric are unsightly, and the top edge is cut and has to be folded with an iron. It was inefficient.

This invention focuses on the above-mentioned drawbacks and was devised to eliminate them.It is made of silk cloth and uses its elasticity to provide a good fit around the waist, and it is made in a Y-shape. It is characterized in that the seams of the band loop are covered.

Hereinafter, the specific structure of the present invention will be explained based on the attached drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 3, 1 and 2 are branches of the lower half in the width direction, which are constructed in the longitudinal direction of the tape-shaped waist lining knitted fabric. Each of the knitted fabrics 3 is a knitted fabric of the upper half in the width direction, which is an integral part of both the branched knitted fabrics configured in the longitudinal direction, and one side of the knitted fabric 3 is A large number of yarns 4 made by twisting several synthetic fiber yarns or polyurethane elastic yarns are arranged, and are secured by fastening with knitting yarns, etc., and raised convex ridges to prevent slipping.

The branched knitted fabrics 1 and 2 and the upper half knitted fabric 3 knitted as one piece are created by using a double raschel machine as outlined in Fig. 3 on the front and back sides. The synthetic monofilament yarns a and l) are swung in a zigzag pattern across the length of the tape-like knitting width of the waist lining to form the base layer, and the two knitted fabrics 1 and 2 in the lower half are made of these base layers. The narrow knitted fabric is branched and knitted by knitting woolly-processed synthetic yarns c and d in the longitudinal direction in the lower half, and in the upper half, both base layers are integrated,
It is formed by knitting appropriate knitting yarn e to both of these base layers.

In addition, the upper half knitted fabric 3 is made by twisting several synthetic fiber yarns to form anti-slip yarns to form a large count yarn or a polyurethane elastic yarn having a large count 4 when knitting an integral layer in the upper half. The knitting yarn is placed on top of the knitting yarn e or another knitting yarn.

The lower half of the waist lining created as above is knitted fabric 1.
, 2 are knitted fabrics, and the knitting yarns c and d, which are knitted in the longitudinal direction, are woolly-processed synthetic fiber yarns that have elasticity and stretch moderately along the truncated conical shape of the waist, fitting well to the waist. .

In addition, the waist lining has synthetic fiber monofilament yarns a and b arranged in a zigzag pattern in the width direction to form the base layer, and the rigidity of the synthetic fiber filaments and the resulting restoring force provide shape retention to the entire waist lining. Does not cause hem slippage when bending in the direction.

In particular, the knitted fabric 3 in the upper half is made by integrating the zigzag-shaped synthetic monofilament yarn layer that forms the base layer of the knitted fabrics 1 and 2 in the lower half.
It doubles the restoring power of the synthetic monofilament yarn, does not have the effect of a core, prevents the belt from turning over, and has excellent shape retention.

In addition, if the yarn waste of the synthetic monofilament yarn is smooth and misalignment occurs, another yarn is arranged in a zigzag pattern between each knitting yarn, and the knitting is stopped with appropriate knitting yarns to prevent sliding.

In addition, if the aforementioned large-count yarn 4 is mixed and matched in a zigzag pattern as appropriate on the upper half knitted fabric, a striped pattern will appear.
In addition to its anti-slip effect, it enhances the elegance of the back of the waist in terms of design, increasing product value.

Each of the above-mentioned knitting operations can be easily performed using a Russell machine.

Figure 4 shows the state when the waist lining obtained above is sewn to the waist part 5 of the slacks main body, and shows the upper part 1 of the waist lining of the present invention.
Due to the sewing process, the piece part is sewn to the folded part of the upper end of the waist part 5 of the slacks main body, and is not sewn to the back of the waist, so there is no seam on the back of the waist, while the lower part is also sewn if it is a regular piece. appears, but it is branched into two pieces, so one of the knitted fabrics 2
By sewing it on and covering it with the other knitted fabric 1, it is possible to solve the problem that the seam A of the band loop, which is sewn on the back side of the waist, is unsightly and appears on the back side of the waist.

In this case, by making the side of the knitted fabric 1 to be covered slightly longer than the side of the knitted fabric 2 to be sewn, it is possible to partially overlap the knitted fabric to the slack body and securely fix the waist lining.

As described above, the present invention does not require the labor of bias cutting and sewing processes that are required to make traditional waist linings, and creates stretchable and non-slip fabric that fits the waist, as well as branched knitted fabric that covers the seams, all in one step. It is easy to knit, and since it has both ears made of zigzag folds of synthetic monofilament yarn, there is no need to bend the upper end of the back of the waist, and the upper end becomes a ruler, making it beautiful and efficient even for an amateur. It can be sewn and has excellent shape retention, eliminating the conventional drawbacks, and by using a double raschel machine, it is possible to knit dozens of threads at a time with high efficiency, resulting in enormous production capacity and low production costs. It is an innovative waist lining that can be provided at a very low price since it accounts for a large proportion of the product cost.
