器及び凝縮器用送風機を配設すると共に凝縮器の上部に
蒸発器で結露した水を溜めるドレンストレージを設け、
凝縮器に相対向して配設した吸水性で、かつ通気性のあ
る蒸発体の一端部を上記ドレンストレージ内のドレン中
