Conventional methods for producing metallic luster cloth include: (1) as shown in Figure 1, a method in which a metal vapor deposition film (2) is directly applied to the entire surface of the cloth (1); The vapor-deposited film (3) wrapped with the metal-deposited film (2) is wrapped with adhesive (4).

As shown in the figure, there is a release layer (6) on the sheet paste (5).
A known method is to use a transfer sheet obtained by applying a gold layer vapor-deposited film (2) via an adhesive, and then transfer the entire surface of the fabric (2) using an adhesive. However, method (2) Since the film is spread over the entire surface of the cloth, it is difficult to form a pattern, and method (2) and (2) has the disadvantage that the texture of the cloth is lost because an adhesive is used.

The present invention solves the drawbacks of such conventional methods, and
By partially removing the vapor deposited part, the pattern can be created.
Furthermore, by using the sublimation transfer printing method in combination, it is possible to achieve a high degree of design.

That is, in the present invention, a desired pattern is printed on a woven or knitted synthetic fiber fabric using a water-soluble sizing agent, and after drying, the entire surface of the fabric is vacuum-deposited with aluminum, and then washed with water to remove the sizing agent. After removing the vapor-deposited film on the size agent and drying it, the non-evaporated side of the fabric is printed using a sublimation transfer printing method using a heat transferable dye, and if necessary, resin is applied to the entire surface of the fabric. This is a method for producing metallic luster cloth by applying paint.

To explain in more detail below with reference to the drawings, as shown in FIG. 4, a desired pattern (8) is printed on a synthetic fiber woven or knitted fabric (7) using a water-soluble glue. After drying, as shown in Fig. 5, the entire surface of the cloth is vacuum-deposited with aluminum to form a metal vapor-deposited film (9), which is then washed with water, and as shown in Fig. 6, a sizing agent and the The vapor deposited film on the adhesive is removed and dried to obtain a printed lower cloth α0.

A well-known sublimation transfer printing paper using a heat transferable dye (0υ) is brought into close contact with the surface of the lower printing fabric (It) as shown in FIG. The surface where the woven or knitted synthetic fiber is not formed, that is, the exposed portion of the woven or knitted synthetic fiber fabric is transfer printed to obtain a metallic luster fabric (6) as shown in FIG. 8.

Compared to the conventional method (■) mentioned above, the metal vapor deposited film is directly formed on the woven or knitted fabric without using an adhesive, so the texture of the fabric can be maintained. Instead of directly forming a gold layer vapor deposited film on the entire surface of the cloth, by using a water-soluble glue, it is possible to form a metal vapor deposit film in the shape of a pattern. Furthermore, since the sublimation transfer printing method is used in combination, the non-vapor deposited side of the fabric can be dyed, making it possible to create different tones. The dye also penetrates into the lining of the fabric, making it possible to create different tones. I can do it. Therefore, the metallic luster fabric obtained by the present invention has a higher design quality than those obtained by the conventional method, and is suitable for Japanese clothes, clothes, folding screens, sliding doors, wall hangings, futons, curtains, etc. The practical effects are significant.

(Example) A water-based glue made of starch was printed on polyester fiber suede using a silk screen printing method, dried with hot air at 70°C, and then aluminum was applied to the printed surface with a thickness of 40 OA using a regular vacuum deposition machine. It was vapor deposited. Next, the cloth was washed with warm water at 50° C. for 30 minutes using a wince, and after washing and drying, a printed lower cloth was obtained. Next, a transfer printing paper made of a heat-melt sublimation transfer type sublimation dye was placed in contact with the aluminum surface for two
Transfer processing was carried out at 00° C. for 25 seconds to obtain a metallic printed cloth in which the aluminum surface was not dyed and the pattern portion where the polycystyl fibers were exposed by washing was clearly transferred and printed.
