A deodorizing filter 30 and a sterilizing filter 31 are provided, as well as a pressure reducing valve 32. The pipe 27 communicates with a pipe 28 opening into the upper space of the water tank 20, so that compressed air discharged from the compressor 25 pressurizes the water surface in the water tank 20. At a point E of the pipe 27 on the outlet side of the sterilizing filter 31 (this point is above the water supply tank 20), a pipe 34 leading to the water supply valve 33 and a pipe 36 leading to the drain valve 35 are connected. These pipes 34 and 3
6 are the water supply valve 33 and the drain valve 3, respectively, in the state shown in FIG. 4 (that is, the water supply valve 33 is open and the drain valve 35 is open).
5 is maintained in the occluded state. The water supply valve 33 is provided in the middle of a water supply pipe 37 that connects the mouthpiece and the water supply tank 20, and the water supply pipe 37 opens near the bottom of the water supply tank 20. -・ direction, υ1 water valve 35 is spittoon 1
8 and the drain tank 2I, and a drain pipe 39 for guiding drainage from the mouthpiece 1 is connected to the inlet side of the drain valve 35 of the drain pipe 38. . A barrier material 21a such as a net is provided inside the drain tank 21, and a drain hole is provided at the bottom. The inside of the drainage tank 21 is maintained at a reduced pressure state by a vacuum pump 24 via a pipe 26. In addition, mouthpiece 1 (10)
The two-dot chain line drawn connected to represents a vibration energy supply line such as electric wiring that can be connected to the vibrator inside the mouthpiece, and the electric wiring etc. is connected to a vibration energy supply source (not shown).
is connected.

0 and the drainage tank 21. After the mouthpiece 1 is set in the oral cavity of the patient 30 by the operation of the movable arm 19 and the mouthpiece support arm 17, the air in the pilot pipe is made to flow by operating a push button or the like as described above, and the mouthpiece is placed in a predetermined position. When it is confirmed that the water supply valve 33 is set to 1, the water supply valve 33 is opened, the mouthpiece 1 and the water supply tank 20 are communicated via the water supply pipe 37, and the mouthpiece 1 and the water supply tank 20 are pressurized by the compressed air discharged from the compressor 25. The water in the water supply tank 20 is sent into the mouthpiece l through the water supply pipe 37, and the water is sent to the mouthpiece l through the cleaning water outlet 3 of the mouthpiece 1.
It is ejected towards the tooth surface. Further, the vibration energy is supplied to the vibrator in the mouthpiece 1 from an external vibration energy source to generate vibrations, and high-frequency vibration energy is imparted to the cleaning water. On the other hand, the drain valve 35 is also opened at the same time as the water supply valve 33, and both the mouthpiece 1 and the spittoon 18 are communicated with the drain tank 21 via the drain valve 35, and the contaminated water after washing into the mouthpiece 1 and the spittoon 18 is drained into the drain pipe. 3
7 and 39 and is discharged into the drainage tank 21. After cleaning for a predetermined period of time, when the water supply valve 33 and the drain valve 35 are closed, the movable arm 19 and the mouthpiece support arm 17
moves to pull out the mouthpiece 1 from the oral cavity, thereby completing the automatic cleaning of the oral cavity.
