    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１のパルス信号を増幅するベース幅を狭く形成しかつ
    そのコレクタが基準電位点に結合された第１のラテラル
    構造ＰＮＰ）ランジスタと、この第１のＰＮＰ　）ラン
    ジスタで増幅された第１のパルス信号をベース入力とす
    ると共に、正電源と出力端との間にエミッタ、コレクタ
    が各々接続されベース幅を前記第１のＰＮＰ　トランジ
    スタよりも広く形成した第２のラテラル構造ＰＮＰ　）
    ランジスタと、゛　前記第１のパルス信号とは位相を異
    にする第２のパルス信号をベース入力とし負電源と出力
    端との間にエミッタ、コレクタが各々接続されたＮＰＮ
    ｌ・ランジスタとを具備したことを特徴とする高圧パル
    ス発生回路。
