    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくともその表面が導電性を有する磁性板を固定した
    ダイヤフラムと、前記ダイヤフラムと対向する固定電極
    と、前記ダイヤフラムと対向する端面を持ちコイルが巻
    かれた継鉄とを有し、前記ダイヤフラムと固定電極とで
    可変コンデンサを形成し、前記ダイヤフラムとコイルが
    巻かれた継鉄により可変インダクタを形成する変換部と
    、前記可変コンデンサと可変インダクタとの共振を利用
    した自励発振部とにより成ることを特徴とした圧力輸出
    器−
