本考案者は以上の如き不都合を改善すべく本考案をなし
たもので、その目的とする処は、金型をセットする戒形
機基台手前に金型の待機位置及び搬出人位置を有するロ
ーラ付金型を案内するガイドレールを設け、該レールに
二種のコンベヤを干渉しないように設け、ローラ付金型
を戒形機基台から搬出人位置に搬送して払い出し、待機
している金型を二種のコンベヤで受け渡して戒形機のセ
ット位置へ搬送する如くし、金型と台車の着脱作業を不
要とし、金型の交換を迅速に確実に、又安全に行わせ、
作業能率の向上、効率の良い交換を行い得る如くした縦
型戒形機における金型交換装置を提供するにある。

なので構造も簡単でスペース上も有利である等多大の利
点を有する。
