Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a peripheral part from deformation, floating and cracking, by making up an end cap in way of inserting a core material into both the peripheral part of a molding body and the inner surface of an adjoining part, in case of the above-captioned molding available for cars. CONSTITUTION:A core material 11 being made up of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) resins, etc., is inserted into each C-shaped inner surface of both a peripheral part 6c of a molding body 6 and its adjoining part 6f, while a soft synthetic resin-make end cap 10, as a buffer, is formed in each inner surface of both the peripheral part 6c and the adjoining part 6f, a car body equipment contacting part 6d and its tip part 6e so as to cover and lock the inner surface. With this constitution, the peripheral part 6c is reinforced with the core material 11 whereby the core material 11 can be locked and strengthened by the end cap 10, thus deformation, floating cracking and suchlike caused by external force such as door opening or closing, brushing or the like can be prevented from occurring.
