Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize warehousing and delivery of a load from a warehouse without need for a stacker crane and an equipment for moving shelves by performing said warehousing and delivery of the load through utilization of a fixedly arranged conveyor while utilizing a housing shelf of fixed form. CONSTITUTION:Roller conveyors 4, 11 are provided at entrances 3 and exits 10 of housing shelves 2 perpendicularly to doorways, and an elevator 9 is provided at the end part of the conveyor 4 moving along the entrances 3, and a spiral conveyor 12 is further provided at the end part of the conveyor 11 moving along the exits 10. Thus, a load 1 to be housed is placed from a warehousing conveyor 14 onto a carrier 7 of an elevator 9 and raised, then transferred from the carrier 7 to the conveyor 4 to be moved along the entrances 3. Upon reaching the objective entrance 3, the load 1 enters a shelf 2 from the entrance 3 and is housed in a condition of being shifted near the exit 10 side. At the time of delivery from a warehouse, the load 1 is transferred from the exit 10 onto the conveyor 11, and then sent to a conveyor 12 by means of the conveyor 11, and subsequently lowers the conveyor 12 by its empty weight, being sent onto a delivery conveyor 13.

In conventional LJ-shaped warehouse equipment, three-dimensional storage shelves are used in which cargo storage areas are arranged in a matrix pattern vertically and horizontally. In this method, the shelves themselves were rotated, and the shelf containing the target load was rotated to the removal work position to take out the load. Two rotation directions are known: horizontal direction and vertical direction.

In the former case, the shelf must rotate, so
It can only be used in small warehouse facilities with small shelves, and in the latter case, the stacker crane and its control equipment are expensive and uneconomical. Furthermore, space efficiency was poor due to the need to secure a running area for the crane.

An object of the invention is to provide a warehouse facility that has fixed shelves suitable for large-sized warehouses, but allows loading and unloading of cargo without the need for a stacker crane or other moving body.

以下に、木発明の一実施例を第1図、第2図。An example of the wooden invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 below.

As shown in FIG. 1, a roller conveyor 4 is installed along the entrance 3 side of a storage shelf 2, which has many storage areas in the upper, lower, left, and right directions in which goods 1 are stored, as shown in FIG. 3. At the end of this roller conveyor 4, there is an elevator 9 that operates a rope 6 with a winch 5 and raises and lowers a loading platform 7 suspended by the rope 6.

In this embodiment, the cargo 1 to be stored is placed on the cargo platform 7 of the elevator 9 from the warehousing conveyor 14, ascends, and is transferred from the WI platform 7 of the elevator 9 to the roller conveyor 4. The load 1 is fed and moved along the entrance 3 by a roller conveyor 4. The cargo l that has arrived at the entrance 3 of the target storage area enters the storage shelf 2 from the population 3 and is stored in a state where it is brought to the exit 10 side.

When unloading cargo 1 from storage shelf 2, cargo 1 is sent to exit 10.
The row 2-copy/pair 11 is then transferred to a linear roller conveyor 12. The load 1 descends on a linear roller conveyor 12 under its own weight and is delivered onto a delivery conveyor 13. The cargo on the delivery conveyor 13 is transported to a destination by a forklift or the like.

The roller conveyors 4 and 11 may be of the type in which a motor drives the roller conveyor, but it is more economical to tilt the roller conveyors 4 and 11 so that the load 1 moves along the entrance and exit by its own weight. It is.

According to this embodiment, it is possible to carry out the loading and unloading of goods economically by using the conveyor fixedly arranged along the shelves without moving the shelves.Furthermore, since the entrances and exits of the shelves are independent, the items that arrive first are taken out first. There are no square crystals remaining in the shelf after carrying out the work, and since there is no moving body such as a stacker crane, it is economical and space efficiency can be improved.

As described above, according to the present invention, although fixed storage shelves are used, cargo is loaded and unloaded using a fixed conveyor, so there is no need for a stacker crane or shelf moving equipment. This provides the advantage of providing warehouse facilities that allow for the loading and unloading of goods.
