を圧迫するカフと、該カフ内の圧力を検出して該圧力に
応じた圧力信号を出力する圧力検出手段と、該圧力信号
中に含まれる、動脈拍動に伴うカフ内圧力の振動として
現われる脈波に相当する脈波成分を検出して、該脈波成
分に応じた脈波信号を出力する脈波検出手段と、該脈波
信号をデジタル信号に変換するＡ／Ｄコンバータとを備
え、該Ａ／Ｄコンバータから出力されるデジタル信号に
基づいて血圧を測定するオシロメトリック方式の血圧測
定装置において、前記脈波検出手段と前記Ａ／Ｄコンバ
ータとの間に、入力信号めレベルが高くなるに従って増
幅率が小さくなる関数増幅器を設け、前記脈波信号をそ
のレベルが低いほど大きな増幅率で増幅して前記Ａ／Ｄ
コンバータに入力せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする
