    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 方形導波管の内部平面と終端面を貫通する同軸部とを傾
    斜面で結合する変換子、前記同軸部は導波管側で大径の
    段付き外導体を形成しかつ導波管側で大径の段付き内導
    体を嵌合するよう間隙に段付き誘電体を介装せしめてな
    り、前記同軸段部により前記変換子の結合端部の軸方向
    位置が定められることを特徴とした同軸導波管変換構造
    。
