ピングモータにより回転させてオリフィス面積を制御す
る可変オリフィス装置において、′ 前記バルブボデ
ィに前記ステッピングモータを取付け、カバーを前記ス
テッピングモータを覆うべく配して前記バルブボディに
取付けた可変オリフィス装置。
