Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the moving performance of a crawler on a paddy field, by providing main and auxiliary protrusions in prescribed positions alternately or at a prescribed interval in the tread of the crawler and setting the heights of the central and side portions of the main projection in a prescribed relationship with each other. CONSTITUTION:Metal cores 10 are embedded in the body of a crawler in such a manner that the cores are juxtaposed. Tensile strength increasing members 11 are embedded outside the metal cores 10. The crawler body comprises a central part 12 embedded with the metal cores 10, and side parts 13 bent toward the tread made of main protrusions 14 extending from the central part 12 of the crawler to its side edges, and auxiliary protrusions 15 extending only along the central part 12. These protrusions 14, 15 correspond to the metal cores 10 and are integrated with the crawler body and located alternately or at a prescribed interval. The height h1 of the main protrusion 14 at the central part 12 of the crawler and that h2 at the side part 13 of the crawler are set as h2>=h1.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rubber crawler in which core metals arranged horizontally in the longitudinal direction and a tensile reinforcing material surrounding the core metals from the outer peripheral side are embedded in the crawler body, A rubber crawler consisting of a central part of the crawler filled with gold and continuous crawler side parts on both sides of the crawler, with the crawler side parts bent toward the ground plane. The ground plane roughly corresponds to the core metal. Main lugs that reach the width end from the center of the crawler and sub-lugs that extend almost only to the center of the crawler are arranged alternately or at desired pitches, and the height of the center of the main lug is hl and the height of the side is 112. The relationship is 112≧111.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the crawler in the width direction without showing the main stool portion of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the ground-contact surface side thereof. Numeral 10 is a core metal, which is embedded in the crawler body in a horizontally arranged manner. A tensile reinforcing material 11 typified by a steel cord or the like is embedded surrounding the core metal 10 from the outer circumferential side. And the crawler has core metal 10
It consists of a crawler central part 12 in which a rubber is embedded, and a crawler side part 13, and this crawler side part 13 is bent toward the ground surface side. That is, the ground plane 1 of the crawler side part 13 is smaller than the ground plane 12' of the crawler central part 12.
3' is more bulged outward than J. On the ground surface, a main lug 14 corresponding to the core bar 10 and reaching the width end of the crawler center part 12, and a sub-lug 15 extending approximately only to the crawler center part 12 are formed integrally with the crawler body, and these are alternately arranged. or at desired pitches, and in FIG. 3, the main lug 14 and the sub lug 1
5 are arranged alternately. And this main lug 14
, the relationship between the height hl of the lug 14 at the crawler center part 12 and the height h2 of the O-La side part 13 is 1.
The relationship is 12≧h1. In the figure, 16 is a sprocket engagement hole.

According to the present invention, since the crawler side portion 13 is bent toward the ground surface, the mud under the crawler is not pushed out to the left or right during running, but is held downward by the ground surfaces 12' and B. Because of this action, the mud buildup S shown in FIG. 1 does not occur. Therefore, even when turning, the crawler itself does not sink, so there is no problem of destroying the field or pushing soil onto unharvested rice, and there is no chance of knocking over the rice. This eliminates the hassle of having to wake up the rice plants every time they are harvested.

Furthermore, since the lugs formed on the ground contact surface are composed of the main lug 14 and the sub-lug 15 as described above, the propulsion force is effectively expressed without reducing the vibration of the aircraft, and mud kick-up is also minimized. That is.

That is, since the distance between the adjacent main lugs 14 on the crawler side 13 is wide, the mud between them is sufficiently separated, and no mud is kicked up. Therefore, when the lugs touch the ground, the lugs are free of mud. In order to achieve this, a predetermined propulsion force is secured.

Furthermore, since the height of the main lug 14 is limited as mentioned above, the force is almost uniform over the entire length of the main lug 14, and the mud is scraped, making it possible to run smoothly as a whole. Partial breakage of No. 14 has also been extremely reduced. Furthermore, due to the high height of the lugs 14 which ensure the Ht propulsion force, the lugs 14 act like oars on a boat, and in this respect as well, the propulsion force is extremely superior.

Fig. 4 shows a structure in which two sub-lugs 15 are arranged side by side, and the spacing between the main lugs 14 is wide, so mud can be removed particularly effectively.
The part corresponding to the crawler side part 13 is slightly set back to improve running stability. In FIG. 6, only one side of the main lug 14 is formed up to the width end of the crawler.

As described above, the present invention runs while hugging the mud, so there is no mud build-up, and there is no possibility of mud clogging between the main lugs that provide IV propulsion, and furthermore, the height of the main lugs is specified under specific conditions. Since the force is approximately equalized over the entire length of the main lug, it runs smoothly and has remarkable features such as very little chance of partial breakage of the main lug.
