In recent years, in rice cake making machines, in addition to the original mixing device that is installed from the motor and the impeller that is rotated by the motor, there is also a device that steams the rice before mixing the rice in the vat. There are some that are equipped with a steaming device.

However, the steaming equipment generally uses an electric heater to heat water stored in a tank below the tub to produce the steam necessary for steaming, and then the water in the tank evaporates and disappears. The thermostat is designed to sense the temperature of the tank (approximately 150°C), which is rapidly rising due to heating by the electric heater, and cut off the electricity to the electric heater.
The tank itself, as well as the various parts inside and around it, must be made of special materials that can withstand high heat, which inevitably leads to a steep rise in prices, and the outer box etc. also get quite hot. It was difficult to handle, and the whole tank became extremely hot when the water ran out.Mochi that sometimes dripped from the vat was likely to get stuck inside the tank, and cleaning after removing it was a problem. .

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to use general materials without the need for special heat-resistant materials for the tank and the various parts located inside and around it, which can contribute to lower costs and to reduce external costs. To provide a practically excellent rice cake making machine which can prevent the box from becoming too hot and can also prevent the rice cake from sticking inside the tank.

The protrusion 16 also forms a recess 17 on the outer bottom of the tank 4 on the back side, giving it a hollow shape.
A heat-sensitive switch 18 is accommodated and screwed into the interior of the heater 7 from below, and the heat-sensitive switch 18 senses the temperature rise of the protrusion 16 and cuts off the power to the electric heater 5, and at the same time sends an alarm (not shown), for example. It has a structure that energizes the buzzer to make it ring.

Now, when the steaming of the rice in the tub 6 is started, the water level in the tank 4 gradually falls, and as this falls, the part 5a of the electric heater 5 and the upper surface of the protrusion 16 eventually reach the water level. A portion 5a and a protrusion 16 of these electric heaters 5 are shown above.
The upper surface of the tank 4 is positioned above the remaining ice water level in the tank 4.

Then, the temperature of the upper surface of the protrusion 16, which is locally heated in a concentrated manner by the part 5a of the electric heater 5, rapidly rises in temperature. As described above, according to this embodiment, the part 5 of the electric heater 5 is positioned above the water level in the tank 4 when steaming is completed.
Similarly, the upper surface of the protrusion 16, which is located above the water level in the tank 4, is locally heated to increase the temperature of the portion, and the heat-sensitive switch 18 detects this local temperature rise. Since the structure is such that electricity is cut off to the electric heater 5 while leaving water in the tank 4, the tank 4 also has a bearing 19 located inside or around the tank 4, except for the protrusion 16 mentioned above.
etc. cannot be heated to a temperature of 100°C or higher, and the protrusion 16, which is a part of the tank 4, remains at high temperature only for a very short time until the heat-sensitive switch 18 is activated. The tank 4 and the parts located inside or around the tank 4 can be manufactured using general materials without using any special heat-resistant materials, which can fully contribute to lowering the price.

Further, according to this embodiment, the outer case 1 etc. do not become very hot, so it is easy to handle without worrying about causing burns or the like.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, even if rice cake were to drip from inside the tub 6, water would remain in the tank 4, so that it would not stick to the inner surface of the tank 4 as in the conventional case. There is nothing wrong with that, and you can save yourself the trouble of cleaning afterwards, making it more convenient.

In particular, according to this embodiment, by disposing the electric heater 5 inside the tank 4, the water in the tank 4 can be heated more efficiently than when the heater 5 is disposed outside the tank 4. It has the advantage of being able to

Furthermore, the heat-sensitive switch 18 is blocked by the tank 4 and receives radiant heat from the electric heater 5. Therefore, the operating point of the heat-sensitive switch 18 is set in consideration of the amount of radiant heat that the heat-sensitive switch 18 receives from the electric heater 5. It is easy to set the operating temperature.

Further, since the heat-sensitive switch 18 is not easily subjected to radiant heat from the electric heater 5, the heat-sensitive switch 18 can be mounted at any position within the recess 17, and the mounting position is not restricted.

That is, in FIG. 4 of FIGS. 4 to 6, a non-hollow protrusion 23 is provided in place of the so-called hollow protrusion 16 described above, and the heat-sensitive switch 18 is attached to the tank 4 below the protrusion 23. A part 5a of the electric heater 5 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the protrusion 24 which is fixed to the outer bottom surface, as shown in FIG. 18 is fixed to the outer surface of the tank 4 on the back side of the protrusion 24, FIG. 6 is the one shown in FIG.
It is arranged in an inclined state with the uppermost position.

As explained above, the present invention includes an electric heater provided at the inner bottom of the tank, and a part of the electric heater that is placed above the water level when the water in the tank drops below a predetermined water level. Since a heat-sensitive switch is provided on the outer wall of the part of the tank that is heated by this part, it is possible to turn off the electric heater while water remains in the tank. It is not necessary to use special heat-resistant materials for the tank and various parts located around it, and general materials can be used, which contributes to lower costs. It also prevents the outer box from becoming too hot, and also prevents the inside of the tank from becoming too hot. It is possible to provide a rice cake making machine that has various excellent practical effects, such as being able to prevent rice cakes from sticking.
