Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 常態で中間開度をとる排気還流制御弁の弁体に連結され
    てスプリングにより付勢されるダイアフラムの両側に、
    バキュームポンプの負圧が第１の負圧通路により導かれ
    る第１の室と、バキュームポンプの負圧が第２の負圧通
    路により導かれる第２の室とを形成すると共に、第１、
    第２の負圧通路を各々連通又は遮断する三方弁を介装し
    たことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの排気還流制御
    装置。
