ると共に該ガイドレール30にはテーブル3上に載置さ
れる環状の外枠9の基部17を摺動自在に嵌挿せしめた
ので、加工物11の位置を前後、左右に移動せしめる外
枠9を簡易な機構によりフレーム1に一体的に支持せし
めて自動化装置としてのコンパクトなユニットを構成せ
しめることが出来、又外枠9内には回転用リング14を
2個のベアリング1 5 , 1 5’及び外枠9の基
部17に装着せしめた回転用モーター18のゴムローラ
ー19で3点支持の状態にて回転制御自在に保持せしめ
たので、加工物11を支持する回転用リング14はガタ
ツクことなく常に外枠9に対し安定的に保持されると共
に、回転用リング14はゴムローラー19により直接駆
動されるため切削トルクが付加した状態においても軌道
修正時の回動の立ち上がりを迅速ならしめて正確な倣い
切削を行わしめることが出来、又回転用リング14内に
は加工物11の一側面を支持するチェーン13を張設す
ると共に加工物11の他側面を押圧して加工物11を固
定する加工物固定用アーム12を装着せしめたので、加
工物固定用アーム12の締付により回転用リング14内
に加工物11を確実に固定支持せしめることが出来ると
共に、加工物11の取替時における取外し操作もワンタ
ッチにて容易に行わしめることが出来るのである。
