Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture easily an anchor bolt at low cost by cutting a round bar having diameter nearly equal to effective diameter of the thread to specified length and forming the basal part and threaded part by form-rolling in the same process or separate process. CONSTITUTION:A round bar 17 having smooth outer peripheral face and outer diameter corresponding to specified effective diameter of thread is cut to specified length. Specified thread 14 is worked by form-rolling on the outer peripheral face of an end of the bar material 17 to form the threaded part 15. Then, a specified rugged pattern 12 is worked by form-rolling on the outer peripheral face of another end of the material 17 to form the basal part 13. Thus, an anchor bolt 11 having an unworked linear part 16 between the basal part 13 and threaded part 15 is manufactured.

しかしながら、かかる従来の製造方法にあっては、制価
な異形丸棒を素材と1−て使用し、かつ切削加工やネジ
加工を施しているため、工程が多く、しかも手間のかか
る機械加工の工程があるので流れ作業に適さず工数が増
大し、コストが高いという問題点があった。

するネジ部とを備えたアンカボルトを製造するアンカボ
ルトの製造方法において、素材として略ネジの有効径の
太さの丸棒を使用し、かつ該丸棒素材を所定長さに切断
した後、上記MW部とネジ部とを転造方法により同時工
程または別工程で加工形成することを特徴とするアンカ
ボルトの製造方法。
