Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】下記の（ａ）〜（ｄ）に示す工程手順によって製造され
たビデオテープレコーダ用磁気ヘッド。（ａ）　　Ｕ字状をなすサイドコアの中央部に設けられ
た溝にセンターコアをギャップスペーサを介して取付け
て成るフロントコアを、四角板状のフロントブックに設
けられた溝中に装入し、固定する。（ｂ）　　一体的に成形されたボビン部および端子固定
部と、該ボビン部に巻回された巻線とから成るコイルの
コイルボビン部に設けられた通孔に、前記工程（ａ）に
よって組立てられた組立品のセンターコアを挿通し、フ
ロントコアの開放端部にバックコアを固定する。（Ｃ）　　前記工程すによって組立てられた組立品を金
型中に取行け、その周囲に樹脂を成形する。（ｄ）　　フロントブロックの面を所定寸法だけ研磨す
