限流素子を円筒形の本体の下端開口部に固着した絶縁支
持部材の上方に延長しかつ下端開口部の内壁と同心的な
位置関係に形成してなる筒状の保持部に一体に設けると
共に、さらに上記限流素子の上部の端面に接続する充電
側電極を本体内に設けた下部固定電極に接続し、また同
素子の下部の端面に接続する接地側電極を上記絶縁支持
部材の本体外に位置して形成した外側が外部に通じる放
電用小孔の内側に位置させ、而も同接地側電極を本体を
支持する接地した放電電極兼用の支持金具に対し上記放
電用小孔を中継する放電ギャップを介して接続し、さら
にその上、本体の下端開口部に固着した上記絶縁支持部
材はその下端が本体内に収納したヒユーズ筒のヒユーズ
溶断に件なう垂下時において同ヒユーズ筒の下端の表示
体が外部に突出する長さに形成されていることを特徴と
