Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the frequency characteristics, by providing a slit as if it encloses a sound driver and reinforcing the desired part with another member in case a panel member is used to a sound diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:An additional diaphragm member 12a is provided to a vibrating part 8b where the driver D functioning as a sound oscillator in order to increase the rigidity, etc. The part 8b consisting of a panel member 8 is unified with the member 12a to form the diaphragm 12 of a speaker. Plural slits of appropriate shape are consecutively formed at the part of the member 8 around the member 12a. Thus both mass and rigidity are increased for the diaphragm 12, and therefore the minimum resonance frequency is reduced. It is possible to obtain a miniature speaker for a vehicle with good characteristics.

ような自動車の内外装用部材の弛に居室の壁板等も利用
されるもので、このようなパネル部材(8)等は圧縮ダ
ンボール、またはベニヤ板等の材質からなシ一般にその
外縁部等で車体等に剛的に固定されている。

う問題点があった。またパネル部材(8)の各部が異な
る位相で振動する分割振動が生じて出力音圧レベルが低
くなシ能率が低下するとともに過渡応答特性も悪いとい
う問題点があった。
