【発明の詳細な説明】 従来、製紙用のチップを製造するチッパ−として切削刃
付きの円盤を軸支して内装したケーシングに、2つの投
入樋を同一の直径上に設けて大径水は軸芯寄りの大きな
投入樋から供給し、小径木は外周寄りの小さな投入樋か
ら供給するようにしたものは特公昭54−43081号
公報により既に知られているが、このチッパ−は小径木
を切削するために通常必要な投入樋の外周側に更にもう
1つ投入樋を設けなければならないので、円盤及びケー
シングの直径を大きくする必要があり、それらの直径を
大きくすると、チッパ−全体が著しく大型化し、得られ
る性能より過大な設備投資になる欠点があった。

に配設し得てその支持構成並びに伝動機構を簡略化する
ことができる。
