Structure of the conventional example and its problems In the conventional all-white dynamic plate-making printing press, most of the transfer of the printing base paper to the plate-making device or the printing device was carried out by rollers or belts. If the printing base paper is a sheet-fed type, the above method is sufficient, but in a case where a long roll-shaped printing base paper is used to automatically supply the printing base paper, as in the all-white dynamic plate making printing machine of the present invention. In this case, it is not preferable to use rollers or bells as described above. That is, when a long length of printing base paper is transported by a roller or belt, it may not be sent straight due to the dimensional accuracy or installation accuracy of the roller or belt itself, but may be sent in a manner that makes a large turn from side to side. This sometimes causes kinks and wrinkles in the printing base paper, making plate making difficult.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention compensates for the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and aims to ensure that printing base paper is transferred to a plate-making device or a printing device without twisting or wrinkling.

Structure of the Invention The present invention comprises a base paper wound into a roll, a roller for transporting both the base paper and the manuscript to a plate feeding device, a base paper cutter device equipped with a cutter for cutting the base paper into a predetermined length, and a plate making device. A plate-making surface, a plate separation device that separates the base paper from the manuscript, and a clamp device that clamps the base paper provided on the screen of the printing cylinder are arranged in sequence in a nearly straight line, and the starting edge of the base paper cut by the base paper cutter is clamped. The plate feed device that transfers the paper to the base paper clamp is installed so that it moves back and forth in a straight line between the paper cutter and final paper clamp device. The paper that has been cut by the cutter device is held at its starting edge by the plate feed device. The paper is then linearly transferred to a base paper clamp via a plate-making device and a separation device. In other words, since the cut edges of the cut base paper are held and the rolled base paper is pulled out, there is no twisting or wrinkling of the base paper that occurs with conventional methods of transporting the base paper using rollers or belts. You can definitely pull it out.

The state of the fully automatic plate making and printing machine before starting is shown in Figure 4. That is, the paper feeding device 16 is a base paper feeding roller B11.
The base paper clamping plate 25 is located close to the base paper nipping plate 25 and clamps both ends of the base paper 90 fed out by the base paper roller A10 and the base paper roller B11. When the original 22 is inserted from the original insertion section 6, the end of the original comes into contact with the original paper roller A10 and becomes the top position of the original. When the switch is operated in this state to start operation, the plate feeding device 16 moves toward the printing device 1 on the sliding shaft 16a while holding the base paper, and the base paper clamp 17 opens the edge of the base paper. (Fig. 2), and then the paper clamp opening/closing device 1
8 operates to close the base paper clamp 17, and the end of the base paper 90 is clamped by the base paper clamp 17. When this base paper 9 is sent from the base paper roller B11 section to the base paper clamp 17 section, the base paper roller A10 and the base paper roller B11 rotate following the feeding of the base paper 9, and send the aforementioned original 22 together with the base paper 9 to the plate-making device 4. (Figure 2). As described above, when the base paper 9 is clamped by the base paper clamps 17, the plate separation plate 20 moves to a position where it comes into contact with the plate separation roller 20a as shown by the dotted line in FIG. Prepare to separate the base paper 9 and original document 22 by lifting it into a △-shaped chevron shape. Next, the elevating device 14 of the flash mechanism section is activated to raise the flash mechanism section, and the pressing glass 21 and the pressing receiving material 15 lift the base paper 9 and the original document 22.
Press. When a sufficient pressing force is reached, the flash bulb 13 flashes and irradiates the document 22 with strong light through the base paper 9.

The characters or images on the original document 22 that receive the light absorb the light,
Heat is generated and characters or images are perforated on the base paper 9 to produce a printing plate. When the flash ends, the elevating device 14 is activated, the flash mechanism is lowered, and the printing cylinder 19 begins to rotate slowly.

The base paper clamp 17 that clamps the base paper 9 is attached to the screen 23 that is wound around the printing cylinder 19 as described above, so that the base paper 9 is automatically wound around the screen 23 and attached as the printing cylinder 19 rotates. Here, the length required for printing on the base paper 9 may be slightly shorter than the total circumference length of the screen 23, so the length required for printing on the base paper 9 is The length of the base paper 9 is detected and the base paper cutter 12 cuts the base paper 9.

As described above, the original paper 9 is perforated with the characters and images of the original to create a printing plate, which is then cut to the length required for printing.
The base paper 9 is automatically attached to the screen 23 and printing is started.

When the above-described cutting of the base paper 9 is completed, the plate feeding device 16 slides in the direction of the base paper feed roller 11, opens the base paper holding plate 26, and waits for the insertion of the paper edge of the base paper 90.Next, the base paper low seam 1
0. The base paper roller B11 rotates and inserts the end of the base paper 90 into the opening of the base paper holding plate 26. When this insertion is completed, the base paper holding plate 26 closes and pinches both ends of the base paper 90 and transfers the next document. Wait for insertion and operation.

Effects of the Invention The plate-making base paper used in the plate-making printing machine of the present invention, which produces printing plates by thermal plate-making, is extremely thin due to its nature. , 3 μm thick polyester film, and 20~
It is made by pasting together sheets of paper with a thickness of 30 μm, and the total thickness is about 36 μm. When such extremely thin base paper is sent to the plate-making department or printing screen by rotating rollers, problems may occur in the way the rollers get caught in the base paper, or the rollers may apply pressure or feed unevenly to the width of the base paper. As a result, kinks and wrinkles occur in the base paper, resulting in frequent defects in which plate making and the base paper device to the screen cannot be carried out properly.

However, in the present invention, as described above, the base paper cutter device, the plate-making surface of the plate-making device, the plate separation device, and the base paper clamp device are sequentially arranged on a nearly straight line, and the base paper is connected between the cutter device and the clamp device. The structure is equipped with a slope device that moves linearly by holding the edge of the paper, and the paper is fed from a roll by pulling the edge of the paper, so the above-mentioned kinks and wrinkles do not occur. This allows for stable plate making and loading of base paper onto the screen. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the slope device clamps and pulls both ends of the base paper, it is possible to eliminate the difficulty of designing and manufacturing to avoid pinching of irregular parts that is likely to occur when the entire surface is clamped.

In the above embodiment, clipping parts for the base paper were provided at both ends of the main frame to clamp both sides of the paper edge of the base paper. It goes without saying that the same effect can be obtained by clamping at three places, at both ends and the center, and the same effect can also be obtained by clamping at the center or at the wide part.
