線基板では各層の配線を互いに連結させる目的からアル
ミナグリーンシートに貫通孔を形成し、この貫通孔にタ
ングステンペーストを充填する様にしている。従って多
層配線基板用のシートには多数の貫通孔、いわゆるスル
ーホールが形成され、まだ配線が密になれはなるはどヌ
ル−ポールの精度も厳しく要求される。
