枠3がクランク6により所定の振巾で振動される様にし
てある。11は筒状の篩で、図面第3図に示す様な枠体
12に金網を張って方形に形成し、その一端を前記篩枠
3の一端に支持させた軸13に取付けたフランジ14付
の受筒15に嵌合し、他端を前記篩枠3の他端に定着し
た保持枠16へ等間隔で3個又は4個取付けた溝車17
にフランジ18を挾持させた受筒19に嵌合することに
より、前記軸13とフランジ18とで回転させることが
出来、フランジ14、18により篩11へ振動が伝達さ
れる様にしてあり、この場合衝撃を生じて篩い分けの効
果と目詰り除去の効果を高めるため、筒状篩11の両端
とフランジ14、18との間に適当な隙間を形成させ、
且つ、フランジ14、18側には衝撃を和げさせるクッ
ション材20、21が取付けられており、然もこの筒状
篩11は受筒19側には図面第4図に示す様に環状の網
端板22を取付けて、この端板22の孔に保持体16へ
取付けた原料投入ホッパ23を挿入し、受筒14側には
荒物を排出するための無網部24を設けてある。25は
前記篩11の内側に茶葉層に見合う高さで設けた堰板で
、図面第1図及び第4図に示す様に篩11の中間と後部
に2個設け、之等堰板25、25の一部を図面第4図に
示す様に切欠いて茶葉を通す路にしてある。26は前記
軸13へ回転を伝達させる中空軸で、図面第3図に示す
様にスプライン27により軸13と接合すると共に一端
に歯車28を取付け、この歯車28にブレーキ付の減速
機モータ29の軸に取付けた歯車30を噛合させ、タイ
マ31により設定した時間間隔でモータ29を回転させ
、筒状篩11が1/4回転すると位置検出ドッグ32が
リミットスイッチ33を切り、減速機モータ29をブレ
ーキの作用で停止させ、筒状篩11を固定するものであ
る。34は起動スイッチで、タイマ31と制御ボックス
35に取付けてある。36は筒状篩11の下部に設けた
茶葉受で、篩11の網張り部と無網部24との堺部の下
側に選別された細身と粗物を隔離して両者の混り合いを
防止する仕切壁37を設けてある。a、aは茶の品質形
状等に合せて筒状篩11を交換する場合に用いる半割り
篩で、図面第5図に示す様なコ字形か、図面第6図に示
す三角形に形成し、外側へ折り曲げた接合縁b、bを挾
み金38により挾持させることにより、枠体12へ容易
に着脱できる様にしたものである。

より茶葉の移動を抑制して、篩内に茶葉を保留し、選別
を行わせたから、茶葉に対し必要とする選別時間を充分
に与えて粗物に細身が混入することのない高精度な荒茶
選別が可能となるから、人手のない工場でもこの機械を
設置すれば、荒茶から粗物を除いて拝見の良い細身だけ
の製品を得、製品売価を大巾に向上させ得るだけでなく
、粗物からは粉が除かれているため粉引きをされること
もないため、人件費をかけずに収益増加が計れる特有の
効果が奏されるものである。
