ンズ、１２・・・可動部、１２Ｂ・・・平板状バネ、４
１．４２・・・圧電素子、６・・・振動検出手段、７・
・・電気回路、７５・・・発振器。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光源と、この光源からのビーム光を通すレンズと
    、バネ材で構成され前記光源又はレンズが取り付けられ
    た可動部と、この可動部に取り付けられ当該可動部を励
    振する圧電素子と、前記可動部に取り付けられた当該可
    動部の振動を検出する振動検出手段と、この振動検出手
    段からの信号を入力するとともに光源移動信号を入力し
    前記圧電素子に駆動信号を与える電気回路とを具備した
    光源移動アクチュエータ。
  2. （２）電気回路は、振動検出手段からの信号を整流した
    信号と光源移動信号とを比較する比較回路と、この比較
    回路の出力信号を積分する積分回路と、この積分回路の
    出力信号に応じて発振振幅が制御される発振−器とを含
    んで構成されており、可動部を一定振幅で変位させるよ
    うにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光源移動
    アクチュエータ。
  3. （３）　　電気回路は、振動検出手段からの信号と光源
    移動信号の周期信号との位相比較を行なう位相比較回路
    と、低域フィルタと、前記位相比較回路からの信号が前
    記低域フィルタを介して印加される信号に応じて発振周
    波数が制御される発振器とを含んで構成されており、可
    動部を一定周期で変位させるようにした実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の光源移動アクチュエータ。
