【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 永久磁石を有する円板状回転子と、前記永久磁石による
磁界が回転軸に対して平行に生じている位置に配置され
た電機子コイルとを具備するブラシレスモータであって
、前記電機子コイルを構成しかつ偏平形状に形成されて
いる複数のコイル体、　と、このコイル体を保持するコ
イル取付板と、こ４のコイル取付板を回転軸方向のほぼ
中央部に取付けたブラケットと、このブラケットと前記
電機子コイルとの間に形成された回転軸方向の上下の空
隙内にそれぞれ配置する２個の前記回転子と、前記回転
子の周辺部に位置するべく前記コイル取付板に取付けら
れた回転検出素子と、前記回転検出素子により回転子が
拘束した状態を検出すると電源を遮断するように構成さ
