アームに回動可能に枢着したレバーに係止させ、該レバ
ーを基部方向に回動またはワイパーアーム先端方向に回
動させることにより、該スプリングの張力を変え、前記
ワイパーブレードの窓ガラスに対する押圧力を可変可能
