可変インピーダンス素子を介して接地し、第３のボリュ
ームの可動端子と前記第２の入力端子とをそれぞれ抵抗
を介して録音出力端子に接続し、前記第２の入力端子の
レベルによって前記可変インピーダンス素子を制御し、
前記第３のボリュームにより録音出力中の第１、第２の
入力のミキシング比率を定めるとともに、前記第２の入
力レベルによって録音出力のレベルを定め−ることを特
