Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　軸筒内にインキを貯溜するタンクを有し、かつ、軸
    筒の先端側にはインキの流量調節体を介してペン先を装
    備し°ζ成るインキ直接貯溜式筆記具において、前記軸
    筒の先端部外周面に着脱可能に装着する筒状のキャップ
    本体の内周部に前記軸筒に穿設された空気孔を閉塞しう
    る閉塞部を形成し、前記キャップ本体の頂部又は側面等
    にキャップ内と外部とを連通する通気口を穿設するとと
    もに、頂部内面からキャップ開口側に向つ、て支持筒を
    形成し、この支持筒内に前記ペン先を密封保護しうる非
    吸水性の弾性体を配設して成るインキ直接貯溜式筆記具
    のキャップ。 ２　前記弾性体が、支持筒内を摺動する非吸水性スライ
    ダと、このスライダと支持筒頂部側とに配設されるスプ
    リングとで構成される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
