Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）ポリイミドフィルム等の耐熱性を有するフィルム
の同一面に電気的に互いに互いに独立した複数の導電性
物質からなるアレイ状の第１の電極を形成し、この第１
の電極とは電気的に独立した第２の電極をその第１の電
極の周囲をかこむ状態に形成すると共に、上記フィルム
の裏面に上記第１の電極の背面全体または一部を含む位
置に第３の電極を形成し、上記第２、第３の電極を上記
フィルムにあけた貫通孔を通して導通させ等電位面とし
て上記第１のそれぞれの電極間のシールド効果を高めた
シールド線。(1) An array of first electrodes made of a plurality of electrically independent conductive substances is formed on the same surface of a heat-resistant film such as a polyimide film;
