ロータの外周を跨ぐキャリパに形成したシリンダの開口
部とこのシリンダ内に軸方向へ摺動可能に組付けたピス
トンの外端部外周間にブーツを介装し、また前記ピスト
ンの外端面とこれに対向するパッドの裏金間にシムを介
装してなり、かつ前記キャリパに前記パッドのライニン
グ摩耗量確認用の窓孔を設けてなる車両用ディスクブレ
ーキにおいて、前記シムの外周部に前記窓孔内に延出す
る舌片を形成したことを特徴とする車両用ディスクブレ
