Ladder 2 to the center rising vertically in the center of casing 1
A supporting body 3 having transverse holes 3a, for example, mesh pipes as shown in the figure, are arranged in several bundles at appropriate intervals in a circle shape, and a support body 3 having horizontal holes 3a is arranged in several bundles at appropriate intervals. The outer headers 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d are arranged at equal intervals.

Therefore, inside the casing, there are a plurality of synthetic resin tubes 5a, 5b whose inner ends are opened into the ladder 2 toward the center.
5c and 5d are passed through the hole 3a of the support 3 and bent so that the planar shape becomes a spiral, and the outer end of each tube is connected to the outer header 4a.

4b, 4c, and 4d, and the upper part of each outer header 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d is connected to the lower part of an annular collecting pipe 7 having an outlet pipe 6 at a proper position on the side, and a central A cooling water inlet pipe 8 is connected to the lower side of the header.

Furthermore, a water supply pipe 17 passes through the center header, and water in a water tank 16 provided at the lower part of the casing 1 is pumped and sent to the water supply pipe 17 by a pump 18Vc. Further, a sprinkler 15 is attached to the upper end of the water supply pipe 17, which sprays the water sent from the water supply pipe 17 from the lower side toward the diagonal lower blade, and rotates due to the reaction force.

The heat exchanger of the present invention described above is mainly suitable for use as a filling material in a cooling tower, and the cooling water is sent from the inlet pipe 8 to the center into the ladder 2, and flows out from the outlet pipe 6 through the tubes 5a to 5d. Also, the air to remove heat from the cooling water passes upward through the holes in the plate 11 into and out of the mesh tube that is the support 3, and cools the cooling water in the tubes 5at5bt5c and sa.

However, in this invention, since the tube is spiral, the flow path is much longer than that of a straight tube, and the heat transfer capacity is greater. is cooled to

Moreover, since the tubes 5a to 5d are supported by the support body 3, even if the tubes are flexible ones made of synthetic resin, they can be properly held in a spiral shape without being distorted, making it a highly capable dog. We can provide heat exchangers.

Furthermore, if the support body 3 is made of hard synthetic resin, both the tube and the support body can be made highly corrosion resistant.
Moreover, there is an advantage that the heat exchanger itself can be made lightweight.

Furthermore, since the plate 11 that supports the support body 3 is made of porous material, the water sprinkled into the mesh pipe of the support body 3 flows through the plate 11! It can flow down to the water tank 16 without any problem.

Furthermore, since the tubes 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d are made of synthetic resin, they have excellent corrosion resistance and can be used for many years. It is not necessary, and by sequentially passing through the holes of each support 3, it is naturally curved into a spiral shape, and the attachment can be easily performed.

In addition, since there is a sprinkler 15, the air is cooled more effectively by the latent heat of evaporation of the water that will be ejected from now on.
Moreover, since the sprinkler 15 is rotated by the reaction force generated when water is ejected, a special motor is not required, and the water supply pump 18 is sufficient, which has the advantage of saving energy.
