線被覆材料と同一の灰黒色になるのみならず、材料特性
も同等である。また、6加する黒色材料が廃プラスチッ
クであるため、経済的に著しく有利である。廃棄局内ケ
ーブル外被と廃巣SDワイヤ外被から鋼心入屋外線被覆
材料を製造するには次のようにする。粉砕機にて廃棄局
内ケーブル外被とIQ棄SDワイヤ外被をそれぞれ数m
m角になるように粉砕する。廃棄局内ケーブル外被の粉
砕物100部に廃巣SDワイヤ外被の粉砕物を101部
〜20部添加して混合機にて混合し、この混合物を押出
機の材料供給部に供給するのみで新品の被覆材料を用い
たものと同一の色を有する銅心大屋外線が製造できる。As shown in FIG.
