横長方形の枠体１の前端から斜下向きに２本の前脚２を
出し、且つ枠体１の後方寄りから下向きに２本の後脚３
を出し、該前脚２の下端に両端に車輪４を装着した前車
輪軸５を結合し、後脚３の下端に両端に車輪６を装着し
た後車輪軸７を結合し、更に前車輪軸５の中心部から上
方に直立させた内棒８の下端を前車輪軸５に結合しこの
内棒８に、上端を円板９の中心部に結合した中空管１０
を上から下向きに回転および上下動自在に嵌合し、且つ
中空管１０の適所に止めネジ１１を設け、尚枠体１の前
端に背もたれ板１２を設けた背もたれ枠１３を結着した
