Claims (1)

背中をもたれかけるためのロアーバックとハイバックと
に分割した車両用シートにおいて、前記ハイバックをシ
ートクッションから独立した状態で架設し、このハイバ
ックの下方にロアーバックの上部を跳ね上げ方向に付勢
した状態で枢支すると共に、前記ロアーパンクの下部を
シートクッションに摺動可能に係止かつ解除操作によっ
て上記枢支を支点としてロアーバックを跳ね上げる係止
