The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thinning device that achieves optimal control of the air-fuel ratio over the entire range of engine speed by introducing thinning air into valve-related boats or slow system air bleeds, as shown in the drawings below. This will be explained by some examples shown in .

It has a main air jet 3C. Reference numeral 4 denotes a first thin air passage connected from the thin air take-out port 4a to the main system air vent P via the control valve 5, between the control valve 5 and the outlet. is equipped with an air jet 4b. 6 opens into the carburetor body 1 from a thin air take-off port 6a located upstream of the main nozzle 3a via a control valve 7 to a throttle nozzle related port 6b (or downstream of the throttle valve). A second thin air passageway is provided with an adjustable air jet 6c between it and the throttle knob associated port 6b. The control negative pressure is introduced into the control valves 5 and 7 through the control pipes 8, 8a and 8b, and 1 is an appropriate negative pressure taken out from the throttle knob related port or EGR.
The operating negative pressure is utilized and controlled by a switching valve (not shown) provided midway. vSv is used as this switching valve, and the mission switch signal, throttle opening 9
The passage is opened/closed and opened to the atmosphere depending on the number of times the passage is turned on. It is also possible to use a heat sensitive valve such as BVS V as the switching valve, in which case the engine temperature (water temperature, oil temperature).

That is, when the control valves 5 and 7 are opened by the control negative pressure, the control valves 5 and 7 are opened from the thin air take-out port 4a. Air is introduced through the air jet 4b for the main system air bleed, and at the same time air is introduced from the thin air take-out port 6a through the control valve 7 and the air jet 6c to the throttle valve 6.
loop-related port) 6b. In addition, control valves 5 and 7
When the valve is closed, no diluted air is introduced. By the way, the introduction of diluted air into the main system air pulley P is effective in medium and high speed ranges where the main system flow rate is large, but the effect is small in low speed ranges. The introduction of diluted air to the ports related to the throttle nozzle and lubricant has a great effect in the low speed range, so by simultaneously introducing two diluted air, it is possible to control the air-fuel ratio over the entire speed range. This makes it possible to easily obtain a predetermined air-fuel ratio.

。According to this configuration, when the controlled negative pressure control valve 7 is opened, the diluted air outlet port 6a is connected to the control valve 7. Air flows through the air jet) 6c to the throttle valve related port) 6b
will be introduced in Therefore, throttle valve related port) 6b
The negative pressure of the main system becomes low, the control valve 5 opens, and air is introduced into the main system air vent P. Further, when the control valve 7 is closed, the control valve 5 is also closed and no diluting air is introduced. In this way, the same effect as the device shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained, but since the entire air-fuel ratio is controlled by the operation of the control valve 7, a malfunction in which only the control valve 5 is activated does not occur. First, the synchronization of the operations of the two control valves becomes more reliable.

That is, when the control valves 5 and 7 are opened by the control negative pressure, the control valves 5 and 7 are opened from the thin air take-out port 4a. At the same time, air is introduced into the main system air bleed via the air jet 4b, and at the same time air is introduced from the control valve 7. Air is introduced into the slow air bleed via the air jet 6c. Further, when the control valves 5 and 7 are closed, no thinning air is introduced. In this way, the air-fuel ratio can be controlled over the entire speed range, and the optimum air-fuel ratio can be easily obtained.
