形成されることにより、その中央部分を中高とし、また
、チップ座２内で、その中央取付は穴６のテーパ穴１１
を利用して取付けられた際には、負角を構成する軸方向
のすくい角αに対し、前記チップブレーカ溝１の存在に
よって実質的なすくい角βが正角を構成するようにじた
