  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　経血透過性の表面材と防水シートとその間に挿入さ
    れた吸収層からなる生理用ナプキンにおいて、該防水シ
    ートが表面材の上面でかつ、吸収層の上部に至るまで巻
    き上げられ、更に該防水シートの端部より内側にて表面
    材と接合されてなる生理用ナプキン。 ２　防水シートが、抄造紙又は不織布からなる基台に撥
    水性を有する高分子フィルム層をラミネートして得られ
    、かつ紙のフ、レム法による吸水度試験法（ＪＩＳ　−
    Ｐ８１４１）で測定された時１０分後の水の上昇高さが
    ５ｒｇ！Ｉｔ以下のものであり、かつ前記基台が表面層
    を形成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の生
    理用ナプキン。
