Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アーク炉を囲繞する包囲体において、吸煙ダクトにより
    包囲体内の排煙を吸引排除して包囲体内を外部の新鮮な
    空気と置換するために包囲体の一部に空気流入口を鰻け
    るとともにその開口面積を可変ならしめる開度調整用シ
    ャッタ装置を設置し、このシャッタ装置により空気流入
    口の開度を調節することにより外気吸入時に包囲体内の
    負圧状態を保ち、包囲体の開口部からの洩煙を防止する
    ようにしたことを特徴とするアーク炉包囲体。
