Claims (1)
れ、かつ底蓋が開閉自在とされたホッパを気密状態とし
て設け、前記ホッパの直下とアーク炉の上部開口部とに
わたり傾斜しておかれる実働位置と、アーク炉から離反
する退避位置とにわたり移動自在としたシュートを配設
し、原料装入時にはシュートを前記実働位置に移動して
ホッパ内の原料を該シュートを通じアーク炉内に装入し
、装入後はシュートを退避位置に移動して操業し得るよ
うにしたアーク炉包囲体における原料装入装置。A hopper whose lower part is inserted into the enclosure and whose bottom cover is openable and closable is provided in an enclosure surrounding the arc furnace in an airtight state, and the hopper is inclined between directly below the hopper and the upper opening of the arc furnace.
