と、この回動アームの途中に被試験用車輪を着脱可能に
軸支すべく取付けられる車輪軸と、その車輪軸に軸支さ
れる被試験用車輪を上記回転ドラムの外周面に適当な圧
力でももって転接させるよう上記回動アームを回動偏倚
すべく該アーム先端に連結された加圧機構とからなる簡
