    置調整用の４極マグネツトを備えたコンバーゼンス補正
    装置において、前記４極マグネツトに対して別の４極マ
    グネツトを所定の間隔に組立わせて設け、電子ビームの
    回転補正を行うことを特徴とするコンバーゼンス補正装
    置。
