Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the long-time preservation and the copy and facilitate works such as enlarging, reducing, and synthesizing recorded information, by using a film as a semiconductor memory and a solid-state memory for magnetic bubbles or the like. CONSTITUTION:The image of object information is focused on a silicon photodetector area sensor 1, and the video signal due to object information outputted continuously from the area sensor 1 is encoded to a digital having prescribed number of bits per one picture element by an A/D converting circuit 2. This encoded signal is stored in the first storage area 9 of a memory device 3. A solid-state memory consisting of a film having the second storage area 10, where information such as photographic date, name, and place inputted from a keyboard 4 are stored, besides the first storage area 9 is used as this memory device 3. The signal outputted from the memory device 3 is converted to an analog signal in a D/A converter 5 and is projected to a TV monitor device 6 or a facsimile receiving device 7.

Conventional camera cameras store images in analog form by chemically changing the image that passes through the lens onto Mylar film. For this reason, it was necessary to chemically develop and fix the film, and this process took a long time, making it difficult to view the photograph immediately. The fact is that the film changes color when stored for a long time. It had a certain defect. In addition, enlarging and copying photographs tended to require the use of lenses, etc., which tended to be expensive and required a projection room.

As shown in FIG. 1, the apparatus of the present invention begins by forming an image, that is, object information, on a silicon area sensor 1. As the silicon area sensor 1, a sensor in which light-receiving elements are arranged in a matrix such as vertical main scanning 512 and horizontal sub-scanning 512 is used, and the video signal of subject information continuously output from the area sensor 1 is Digital encoding is performed by performing conversion on approximately 4 to 8 bits per pixel. Since digitally encoded signals may be misinterpreted, they are stored in the first storage area 9 of the memory device 3, which functions as a solid film after passing through a circuit that detects and corrects them. be done. The memory requires a capacity of about 2.1 million bits per screen (512 x 512 x 8). The memory elements used for this are semiconductor RAM and EPROM.

As explained above, since the stored object is stored as a digital signal, it has the advantage that it can be easily reduced and expanded in size during playback. When specifying the size of the subject, for example, 512 picture elements] If you have 5.33 picture elements per subject, the size of the photo will be approximately 96 cm.Also, if you print the image by facsimile etc. In this case, the printing speed per line is 0.21 m5ep per stitch element.

One photo will be printed in seconds. Of course, speeding up is possible. Furthermore, the information stored in the solid-state memory device 3 does not suffer from the problem of deterioration due to chemical changes unlike conventional photographic film, and therefore has the advantage that it can be stored for a long period of time. Also, since the video information is stored in solid-state memory, it requires a television monitor device,
This has the advantage that various screens can be obtained by using various devices such as liquid crystal screens, facsimile machines, and inkjet printers. Furthermore, since video information and editing information can be stored simultaneously, there is an advantage that a very effective storage method can be realized for later use.

Furthermore, since the video information is stored in the solid-state memory device, there is the advantage that the photographed image (5) containing the message can be immediately sent to a remote location via a facsimile machine or telephone line.

The present invention is a film that can be easily synthesized in a short time, and can also be reshot even with a narrow aperture by inputting new information. In this way, by using solid-state memory such as semiconductor memory in addition to conventional film, the scope of use of the film is greatly expanded, and it can be used with various imaging devices. This eliminates the need for a projection room or other unnecessary construction work.

Furthermore, it has become possible to perform playback in a much shorter time than in the past, and with this film, the film, which was previously used only as a storage device for playback, can now be used as a device that is useful for providing information for all kinds of imaging devices. Can be used for a long time.
