板間に介在させて圧締することにより1次7リツチを得
て、これをスライスすることにより1次スライス単板と
なし、この1次スライス単板を、通常の単板と交互に、
接着剤を介して重ねて圧締し、フリッチ化するとと蕃ζ
より2次フリッチを得、しかる後スライスすることを特
徴とする。以下第2の発明を中心に図面に基づいて詳し
く説明する。
