Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は通信ケーブルのような多心ケーブルを構成する
絶縁心線の絶縁被覆を連続的に剥離する装置の改良に関
するものである。
通信ケーブルではケーブルの断線試験や混線試験を行う
ためにケーブル端末部の絶縁心線の絶縁被覆を剥離する
必要がある。
第１図は本、願出願人が提案している絶縁被覆を自動的
に剥離する装置を示したものである。
１は複数本の絶縁心線２よりなるケーブル、６および４
はそれぞれ螺旋溝５および６を有する回転ローラー、７
および８は無端ベルトよりなる剥離ローラー、９および
１０はそれぞれ剥離ローラー７および８の支持ローラー
、１１および１２はそれぞれ螺旋溝５および６内に設け
られた突起である。
絶縁心線２が回転ローラー６．４の間に供給されると螺
旋溝５，６に沿って一体づつ順送りされ、この間に突起
１１．、１２によって絶縁被覆に傷がつけられる。次い
で回転ローラー３，４の下方に設けられた剥離ローラー
７．８に挾まれることにより、傷をつけられた部分から
先端の絶縁被覆が剥離されて導体が露出される。
ところで、剥離ローラー７．８としてはゴムベルトが一
般に使用されるのであるが、使用中の摩擦による発熱で
伸び易く、またスリップが生じるだめ絶縁被覆が剥離さ
れない絶縁心線かだまた１見受けられた。
本発明は上記に基いてなされたもので、絶縁心線の一本
一本の絶縁被覆を完全に剥離できる装置の提供を目的と
するものである。
すなわち本発明は、剥離ローラーの外周に沿って所定間
隔毎に突出部を設けた点を特徴とするものである。
第２図は本発明において使用される剥離ローラーを示し
たもので、（イ）は平面図、（ロ）は側面図である。
１３は剥離ローラーであって、無端ベルト１４の外周に
ある間隔をおいてＬ字状の金具がビス止めあるいはネジ
止めされて突出部１５が形成されている。
無端ベルト１４としてはゴムベルトあるいは金属短片を
連続的につなぎ合わせたベルト等が適当である。かかる
剥離ローラー１３を第１図の剥離ローラー７．８の一方
または双方に代えて使用することにより、絶縁被覆は容
易に剥離されるようになる。
以上説明してきた通り、本発明によれば絶縁被覆の剥離
もれは殆んどな□くなり、効率的な剥離が可能となる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、絶縁心線を一本づつ順送りするだめの螺旋溝を周上
    に有する回転ローラーと、順送りされた絶縁心線の端末
    の絶縁被覆を剥離する一対の剥離ローラーとよりなり、
    上記剥離ローラーの少なくとも一方には、その外周に沿
    って所定間隔毎に突出部が設けられていることを特徴と
    する絶縁被覆剥離装置。
