    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートクッションとシートバックとを備えた車両用シー
    トにおいて、前記シートバックの一側部上部より上方に
    延びる立上り部と、該立上り部よりシートバックの上端
    縁中央方向に延びる水平部とからなるヘッドレストを有
    し、前記ヘッドレストの氷水平部とシートバックの上端
    縁との間に適宜の空間部が形成されている事を特徴とす
    る車両用シート。
