Bottles containing Japanese spears, beer, soft drinks, etc. are transported in batches of 1 dozen, 1 and containers made of wooden boards have traditionally been used for this purpose.◎This tree- Because the container is a natural product that is made by going back and forth many times between the beverage manufacturer and the retail store, the part of the container that is being pushed back and forth between the beverage manufacturer and the end store is gradually hammered with buttons due to the weight of the bottle. Containers are gradually becoming less and less used, as they are replaced by lightweight plastic containers because they can be damaged or become dirty, and above all, the containers themselves are damaged and the energy loss involved in transportation is large. Plastic containers are now being used because of their long lifespan. In particular, containers for transporting beer bottles have been completely replaced with plastic containers. However, plastic has the disadvantage that it is easily charged with electricity and therefore dirt tends to adhere to it.

Bottles filled with drinking water and with new labels pasted on them are stored in plastic containers and transported from the manufacturer's factory to wholesalers or retail stores, usually by truck, but exhaust gas from automobiles, especially containers, is transported. Plastic containers tend to get dirty due to the exhaust gas emitted by the trucks that transport them, and container manufacturers sometimes store some of the plastic containers outdoors due to storage capacity, and the containers get dirty due to wind and rain. When this phenomenon occurs, when this product is served at the table, etc., consumers who see a dirty label will have a negative image of the product or the manufacturer that makes it. Keeping certain plastics clean is extremely important for drinking water manufacturers. Against this background, in order to clean plastic containers for transportation, the containers on the conveyor are directly flushed with 1 am water or warm water with detergent added. Attempts have been made to inject the oil from a nozzle, but it has been difficult to remove stains caused by oil smoke caused by exhaust gas using these methods. Also, it is also possible to clean only the outer surface of the container with a rotating brush. Attempts were made to clean the inner surfaces and inner partitions. Also attempts were made to use an ultrasonic cleaner, but it was possible to remove dirt such as oil smoke caused by exhaust gas, but at the same time Some of the painted parts such as the manufacturer's name and product name printed on the surface of the container may be damaged or become avatar-like, and the surface of the plastic container may also lose its luster. There was a need for a completely new & cleaning method that would completely remove dirt such as oil smoke from both the interior and exterior as well as the interior partitions without damaging the printed surface.・As a result of extensive research into new cleaning methods, the inventors have arrived at the present invention that can solve the above-mentioned problems. ・In other words, the gist of the present invention is that when cleaning plastic containers, one solid The plastic container of the present invention consists of immersing the container in water in which a substance is dispersed, and then blowing pressurized air or spraying pressurized water in at least one direction against the container, such as a bottle. @-The object is a plastic container that is transparent to milk or bread III. ◎ Dispersed in water. In addition, it is necessary that the material does not damage the container and the printing on its surface, such as small pieces of foamed urethane, sawdust, small pieces or pellets of plastic made of a softer material than the plastic from which the container is made, Examples include small pieces of rubber or rubber balls, but particularly preferred is sawdust, which is produced when cutting wood with a saw, as it does not damage plastic containers and cleans them cleanly. If the proportion of these solids dispersed in water is too small, it may cause lI to the contaminated parts of the container.
There is less chance of carvings colliding with each other and they are not cleaned. Also, if there are too many carvings, the solid objects will solidify and collide, making it difficult for the solid objects to collide with the dirty parts many times.
For this reason, the volume ratio of VI shape carving water is solid/
Water = ai to 11, preferably a to al. The washing action of the present invention is as follows: - The container is immersed in a slurry of water and the same type of material, and the container is By blowing pressurized air or jetting pressurized water in at least one direction on the top, bottom, and side surfaces, the slurry creates a turbulent flow state, and the carvings collide with the container to scrape off dirt such as oil smoke. Therefore, in order to increase the cleaning effect, the linear velocity at which the solid material, such as sawdust, hits the container is important.
cII preferably (22N1 kl/al), which is achieved by blowing pressurized air or jetting pressurized water through a nozzle. In this case, if the pressure is low, the cleaning effect is small. Therefore, it is preferable to use a high pressure, but if the pressure exceeds a certain level, the cleaning effect will not change. In fact, it will require extra energy and increase the cost, so it is not preferable. /Nozzle hole diameter: 1 NIOl Preferably / Nl ws When pressurized water is to be ejected, a nozzle hole diameter of 3 to J0 is preferably g N/!!-.

The nozzle used in the present invention may be one in which holes are made in a pipe at an appropriate distance, or a spray nozzle attached to a pipe. The time for this is 2 to 30 seconds per container, preferably 3 to 3 seconds, depending on the degree of contamination. From the standpoint of energy efficiency, it is preferable that the distance between the nozzle and the container be as close as possible. Pressurized air or pressurized water
i: Direction No. 11 corresponding to the container. It is advantageous from the viewpoint of operability to slide the container on a conveyor, immerse the case in a cleaning bath filled with lye liquid, and move it to the next process. It is preferable to apply the liquid to the container from above.

In the present invention, it is also preferable to use a surfactant or the like in combination, if necessary, in order to further enhance the cleaning effect. The present invention can extremely cleanly remove dirt not only from the outside surface of a plastic container for transportation, but also from the inside surface or partitions.
Therefore, always keep Bottle II in a clean condition! % It is possible to transport milk cartons, bread, etc. 〇 Below, this shield will be specifically explained using examples 0 Example 1~! 10.
