２図Ａは発泡成形型の一部斜視図、第２図Ｂは上型に形
成されたスリットの一部断面説明図、第２図Ｃは本考案
に係る成形型によるウレタンパンの発生状態を示す一部
斜視図、第３図Ａ及びＢは本考案の変形例を示すもので
、第３図Ａは成形型の一部斜視図、第３図Ｂはスリット
の一部断面説明図、第４図はスリットの断面形状の変形

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）下型に発泡合成樹脂の原液を注入゛し、該下型に
    上型を載置して発泡体を成形する発泡成形型において、
    前記上型にガス抜き用の細長のスリットを形成した事を
    特徴とする発泡成形型。
  2. （２）前記上型の内面側の前記スリットに沿って帯状の
    通気性を有する錦からなる裏当材を設けた事を特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の発泡成形型。
