Abstract

PURPOSE:To use efficiently space efficiency of a battery storing chamber by a method wherein a hinge part for opening and shutting a battery chamber is prepared on a base cover of a camera, and the like in such a manner as to be able to press it in from inside to set-up the base cover and a cover of the battery chamber en bloc followed by being combined with the main body. CONSTITUTION:A base cover 1 of a camera sheathing member is molded of plastics, and the like having a hinge holder 1a, whereto a cover 2 of a battery chamber is to be attached, as well as a caulking face 1c of the hinge 3 of the battery chamber cover. Further the cover 2 is prepared with holes 2d, wherethrough the hinge 3 is held, and peripheral parts 2e receiving the hinge. A locking click 4, wherein a hook part 4a and a flexible spring part 4b are molded en bloc, is stored between a sliding part 2a of the cover 2 and a battery contact arm 5 caulked by dowels 2c. Further the cover 1 is provided with R parts 1b, whereby the peripheral parts 2e are to be caught, while in the cover 2 the covers 1 and 2 are set-up en bloc through the hinge 3. After setting-up, when the cover 1 is fitted to the camera proper 6, the peripheral parts 2e can be stored closely contacted with a main body side 6b thus checking upward force of the hinge 3.

Conventionally, small batteries such as mercury batteries and silver oxide batteries have been used as power batteries for cameras, etc., and the lid of the battery compartment that houses them has often been attached to the main body with screws, etc. . For cameras that use a small battery made up of several Yuetsushi batteries, the battery contact member is often located on the main body side, with a separate structure from the battery compartment cover. It was getting worse.・These built-in batteries that were commonly used in the past were small and small capacity,
All of these are unsuitable for circuits that extract minute currents.

In recent years, electronic components have rapidly become smaller and more sophisticated, and many cameras, for example, have built-in devices that consume a large amount of power, such as a film winding motor, a flash drive device, and the like. For this reason, as a built-in battery, a small unit battery with a relatively large capacity, such as an AA 6
As more and more devices are used to store batteries such as 4-inch and AAA batteries, when storing multiple batteries, the space for storing batteries in still cameras etc. takes up the space of the entire camera. In order to reduce the size of devices and reduce the size of devices, it is necessary to create a structure that makes effective use of this battery storage space, and the structure of the battery storage section is required to be uniform. Also, when you take the battery in or out of the device, the lid of the storage compartment is electrically raised from the main unit. Sometimes it was an inconvenience.

The object of the present invention is to provide a structure that eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional storage chamber lid as described above, which makes effective use of the space of the storage chamber, has a simple structure, and has sufficient strength. The aim is to obtain a method that can be secured at a lower cost.

Figure 2 is a plan view of the battery compartment cover viewed from the positive side. By sliding the lock claw 4 shown in the figure toward the inside of the camera, the lock claw is released from the bottom cover retaining part, and the camera is centered around the hinge axis. Open outward. Figure 6 is a cross-section of No. 2N's flat rTJWJ taken along a line B-B.
It is rotatable around the hinge shaft 3 in the direction of the hour hand. In addition, the four opening/closing opening/closing tabs are such that the claw portion 4a of the opening/closing tab 4 hooks on the locking portion 14 of the bottom cover to prevent the battery compartment cover from opening. To open the battery compartment, use lock claw 4.
By moving the battery chamber 1f2 to the left away from the locking pawl spring 4bK and removing the pawl portion 4a from the locking portion 1a, the battery chamber 1f2 opens clockwise. At this time, a hinge shaft 6 passes through the battery chamber lid 2, and this hinge shaft bottom lid hinge receiver 1a prevents it from coming off from side to side and downward. The hinge receiver 1a is U-shaped and opens upward. This is because the bottom 11 is molded of an elastic material such as plastic, so it is easy to remove from the mold, and the hinged battery compartment cover 2 can be inserted from above during assembly. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the plan view of FIG. 2 taken along the line A-A. When the battery compartment cover 2 is pushed into the bottom cover 1, the hinge shaft 3 is held at the lower side but at the upper position 79-. When the bottom cover 1 is attached to the camera body 6, the battery compartment cover hinge receiver outer periphery 2e is attached to the camera body 1j.
By contacting r6b, upward force on the hinge shaft 6 is prevented. However, this alone makes it unstable and difficult to assemble, so the bottom mi KR surface 1111
is provided so that the battery compartment cover hinge receiving outer peripheral portion 2e is hooked onto this. As a result, the battery chamber II 2 has an integral structure with the bottom cover via the hinge shaft 6, making it very convenient for assembly. On the other hand, the battery chamber cover 2 cannot be entered from above because it is part 8 1b of the bottom cover 1. Since the bottom part iiH part 1b is made of elastic plastic, when the battery compartment cover 2 with hinge shaft is pushed in from above, the bottom cover 8 part flexes and fits into the normal position. In this way, by functionally dividing the part that becomes an undercut due to the mold structure, molding can be performed without problems. Furthermore, since the hinge shaft 6 is restricted by the left and right walls 1C on the bottom cover 1,
The hole of the hinge shaft does not appear on the outside of the casing, and the shape can be advantageous in terms of design. As described above, since the battery compartment cover of the present invention has a structure similar to that of the above-mentioned embodiment, many effects as described below can be obtained.
